Did something stop working that used to be working? Does your browser crash or exhibit strange behavior consistently on a webpage? Is something not working as advertised? We want to document all browser and OS specific bugs, so that we can receive better support for our customers.

What is the name of the exact address of the page that you had problems with? (For example, "gallery k, http://rivers-inc.bizhosting.com/rivers_inc-galleryk.htm")
Describe the circumstances surrounding the bug as well as you can (Try to provide enough information so that we can try and duplicate the bug):
What exact error message did you receive? (This helps us to determine what may be causing the error. Type "none" if there was no error message given)
What browser or FTP program were you using when the error occurred? (Be sure to include the version number. For example, Netscape Communicator 4.04, AOL 3.0, MS Internet Explorer 3.02, etc.)
What Operating System (and version) are you using? (For example, MacOS 8.01, Windows NT SP3)
On what date and at what time of day did the bug occur? (including time zone. For example: 05/12/99 at 5:23am MST)
